About
Kathy Delaney Winger is a business, corporate, real estate, wills and trusts, cybersecurity and privacy attorney who represents individuals and companies in personal and business transactions including commercial contracts. Kathy has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in the private sector practicing corporate, business, regulatory, compliance, real estate and consumer and commercial lending law. Prior to entering private practice, she served as in-house counsel to a national bank and financial services company. She is currently a solo practitioner in Tucson.
Kathy is the President of the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America Catalina Council and serves on the Advisory Board for the National Bank of Arizona Women’s Financial Group. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern Arizona Children’s Advocacy Center and is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona.
Kathy teaches a CIS class at Pima Community College entitled Cyber Law and Ethics and served as a subject matter expert on the online version of her course.
