• Providing legal advice, assistance and representation on legal issues and questions that arise in businesses’ day to day operations.
• Providing training on legal and compliance related matters and on cybersecurity, data breaches and privacy.
• Helping companies and individuals manage the many legal risks that they face in the operation of their businesses.
• Assisting with pre-litigation and litigation matters such as breaches of contract, garnishments, subpoenas, document requests, insurance claims and employee claims.
